We are delighted to announce our school has been awarded the Research Ireland Curious Minds Silver Award for our work in the areas of STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

‘You have shown that your school has a great aptitude for and interest in science! It was lovely to see a range of evidence from the experiments taking place, as well as amazing presentations for the Show and Tell . There was a lot of evidence of real world learning that goes beyond the classroom, for example the Butterfly programme. It was obvious that the learners had a lot of fun taking part in the STEM experiments. Keep up the great work and well done!’
A huge congratulations to all students and staff in our school who worked so hard to achieve this. We are delighted that each student has received a certificate of achievement. A plaque will also be placed in our school to mark this achievement!
